FY28–29 State 5310 Grant Application

State 5310 funds must be used to provide or improve transportation and mobility services to older adults age 65 and older and people with disabilities. 5310 funds require a grant matching amount to be received. Match rates range from 10.27% match/89.73% grant to 20% match/80% grant.

Projects receiving state 5310 funding should utilize funding to benefit older adults over the age of 65 and people with disabilities at a rate comparable to older adults age 65 and older and people with disabilities utilizing the project/service.
